It's Okay to Be Different!

This book is to let people know it is okay to be different in the sense that, opposed to society's encouragement to live for self, one can live all out for Christ. This was something I struggled with most of my life until I met Jesus. Now that I am fifty years old, I enjoy making God happy. I can be myself, no more mask I no longer feel the urge to try and please people. These days, I strive to please God and become the person He called me to be. He is still working on me, but I am becoming my authentic self in Christ by allowing God to teach me and be Lord over my life.

Shirley White is a 48-year-old mother of four children. She is originally from Nassau, Bahamas however she now resides in Dothan, AL. She owns her own cleaning company.
