Something Out There Right Now is a delightfully warm picture book which connects the reader with the outside world. It conveys the myriad of events happening on many levels, from the macro to the micro beings on the planet, all creatures great and small Ideal for sharing with young children at bedtime or in the class room, it has a calm feeling around the illustrations and text which are beautifully simple and accessible for very young children.

Gemma Wells is a writer, illustrator and environmental communicator from the UK currently based in Brussels, Belgium. She is passionate about spreading positive messages using pictures and the written word. She graduated from Cambridge School of Art's Masters in Children's Book Illustration in 2018. Since finishing her Ecology degree at Durham University in 2011, Gemma has worked for environmental charities in the UK and abroad.
