It's true that sometimes we fight when we want to play with the same toys. But when night falls, we snuggle up together and fall asleep while we read fairy tales to each other. We're similar in so many ways! And we're different in others. But one thing is for sure, and that is that we'll always be there to help each other out. It doesn't matter if stormy nights or evening shadows come to visit us. As long as we are together, we will get through them. We've learned so many things together, and discovered that the day and the night, even though they seem so different, form a part of the same melody.

Es cierto que a veces nos peleamos cuando queremos los mismos juguetes, pero al caer la noche nos abrazamos y nos quedamos dormidos, mientras leemos historias sobre duendes. Hay tantas cosas en las que nos parecemos! Y algunas en las que somos distintos. Pero estoy seguro de una cosa: siempre estaremos juntos, para apoyarnos. No importan las tardes de tormenta ni la sombras de la noche que vengan a visitarnos. Hemos aprendido tanto el uno del otro... Hemos descubierto que la noche y el día, aunque parezcan tan distintos, forman parte de una misma melodía.
Los hermanos juegan juntos, se pelean, se abrazan, ríen y lloran. Pero, por encima de todo, permanecen unidos por un lazo invisible que los acompaña en el camino de la vida.

Ariel Andrés Almada is an Argentine social entrepreneur and consultant. He has lectured around the world, and published articles in leading business magazines. He combines his work with creating children's stories, his other passion. He has published with Cuento de Luz the titles Walking in a World of Aromas, The Lighthouse of Souls and The Fear of Ivan. He currently resides in León (Spain).
Sonja Wimmer loves painting pictures and telling stories. After studying and working for some years as a graphic designer in her hometown of Munich and Brussels, she decided to pack her suitcase and move to Barcelona to study Illustration at the Llotja Arts and Crafts School. Since then, she lives between brushes and stories, working as an illustrator and freelance for publishers and other customers worldwide. She has received many awards for her work in the United States, most notably Gold Medal for Best Illustrator for The Word Collector.
